1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing luxeq.co.in or using any travel-related service we provide (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The contracting party is LUXEQ HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Indian Companies Act 2013,(“Company,” “we,” “us”). You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. If you act for other travellers, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The most current edition will always appear on our website with the “last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services and Booking Contract
Our Services include customised tour packages and ancillary arrangements such as hotel reservations, flight tickets and travel-insurance assistance. A binding contract arises only after:
1. You submit a booking request, and
2. We issue a written confirmation (usually by email) andreceive any required deposit or payment.
We may decline a booking in our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions).
2.1 Booking on Behalf of Others
You act as the lead traveller and guarantee you have obtained all required consents from everyone named in the booking. You are liable for all payments, changes and cancellations related to the booking.
2.2 Special Requirements
Notify us of any special requests (dietary needs, disability access, room preferences, etc.) when booking. We forward such requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee they will be honoured unless we specifically confirm them in writing.

Payments must be made via our authorised payment gateway Razorpay or another method we specify. All prices are quoted in Rupees unless noted. We may correct obvious pricing errors at any time before confirmation.
4. Changes by You
Requests to change dates, traveller names or services must be in writing. Approval is subject to availability and supplier rules.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing at the earliest. The date of cancellationwill be the date on which written notice is received by our team. The below are general terms and may be superseded by conditions specific to your reservation which will be informed to you at the time or processing the bookings. All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and are effective on the day we receive it. As we incur substantial costs and losses on cancellation, we will apply the following cancellation charges:
Cancellation charges apply as per the schedule below, which reflects our administrative costs and non-refundable commitments to suppliers (such as hotels, transport, or activity providers).

• If your package includes non-refundable components(e.g., flight tickets, hotel bookings, special offers, or promotional bookings), those will be deducted in full from any potential refund.
• We will inform you of the total cancellation fees and the refund amount, if any, upon request for cancellation.
6. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible. Most are completed within 4–6 weeks of request, subject to fund recovery from suppliers.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If not possible, refunds may be made to your Designated Bank Account.
• Refund amounts may be net of applicable service charges, merchant fees, or bank charges.
• If refunds are offered in the form of credit/voucher/coupons, and you accept such a method, your right to a cash refund is forfeited.
• Travel booked under non-refundable promotions or special offers is not eligible for refund unless stated otherwise.
7. Cancellation or Changes by Us
We may cancel or significantly alter a trip due to force majeure, failure to meet minimum group size, or your non-payment. If we cancel before departure for reasons within our control, you may choose an alternative trip of comparable value or a full refund.
For force-majeure cancellations, liability is limited to refunding payments received for unused services.
We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes (hotel substitutions, activity sequencing, etc.) at any time for operational or safety reasons.
8. Travel Documents, Insurance and Health
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations. Passports for entry into India must be valid at least six months beyond the arrival date. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, personal liability, cancellation and curtailment.
Advise us of any medical conditions or mobility issues when booking. We may decline a traveller whose health or conduct could endanger themselves or others.
9. Included / Excluded Items
Your personalised itinerary specifies what is included. Items typically not included: international or domestic air unless stated, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, meals not listed, tips, and optional excursions booked independently.
10. Behaviour and Removal
You must comply with local laws and follow reasonable instructions from our staff or suppliers. We may terminate your participation, without refund, for illegal, disruptive or unsafe behaviour. You will be responsible for resulting costs, damages or fines.
11. Third-Party Suppliers and Liability
● The Company acts solely as an intermediary for independent suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, insurers, etc.).
● All services are delivered subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
● Our maximum liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the affected booking.
● We are not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers, force-majeure events, your own negligence, or loss of enjoyment.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the supplier’s rules.
12. Complaints
Report problems immediately to our representative so we can try to resolve them. If not resolved on the spot, submit a written complaint within 28 days of trip completion to {please update contact email}. We will investigate and respond promptly.
13. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on our website is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Automated data scraping, framing or other unauthorised use is prohibited.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless you and we agree to alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right
